Mail Picker is an independent tool for searching and reading Gmail messages in an authorized client. Use it only with accounts and information you are permitted to access. Your Google account, your client, and their applicable terms remain separate from Mail Picker.

Your control

Choose the accounts you connect and the messages you request. You may disconnect at any time. You are responsible for reviewing email content before using or sharing it and for following your organization’s rules.

Availability and limits

The initial release supports Gmail and Google Workspace mailboxes. Availability depends on Google, Cloudflare, your client, account permissions, and provider review. The service may change, pause, or become unavailable. Search results and email content should be checked against Gmail when accuracy matters. Mail Picker does not promise uninterrupted service or support for every client interface.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls, access another person’s mailbox without permission, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. We may restrict access to protect users or comply with provider requirements.
